Artist's Date - 1

Yesterday, was the start of Artist's Dates - and I went to an EFT "borrowing benefits" workshop. For anyone who wants to understand more about EFT - I suggest the wikipedia article on Emotional Freedom Technique. I found the session extremely interesting and was very impressed with the practitioner who ran the sessions. As an Artist's Date - here's hoping that I can maintain this calibre for my weekly dates.

Today's photo - for yesterday's Artist's Date - I toyed with taking a photo of the ski jumps at COP - since the EFT session was taking place out by COP - and that would be so clever.

Instead you have a view of the City - from Edworthy Park - from my morning walk with Alice - and Sadie - I'm looking east at the downtown skyline - and the sky - looks chinook like - if only I wasn't facing east.
